I take this opportunity to welcome you to Smt. Mohan Kaur College of Law (SMKCL). The College was established in the year 2015. Our mandate is to transform a students' potential into actuality. The College is guided by the doctrine that creative intelligence, as the source of all knowledge, brings fulfilment through action.
